Wojciech Fabrycki is an experienced attorney-at-law who advises both Polish
and international clients from various sectors, including investment funds, on
mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, equity investments, and real estate
financing. He also has extensive and long-standing experience as an Arbitrator
at the Arbitration Court at the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw.
Over the past 25 years, Wojciech has held partner roles at leading law firms, where
he led transactional practices and advised on reputable high-value deals across
various sectors. He also has a background in the financial sector, having worked in
fund management, banking, and public administration, with a focus on the banking
system and financial institutions.
He has served on numerous supervisory boards. He is a co-founder of the Studnia
Nadziei Foundation and the Przyjazny Kraj Foundation.
Wojciech has been frequently recognised by Chambers Europe in the category
