With over 25 years of experience as a legal advisor, Tomasz Balcerowski
combines exceptional litigation skills with the strategic insight needed to excel
in challenging environments. Throughout his career in public institutions and
diplomacy, he has remained committed to one principle: providing practical,
bespoke solutions that address the complexities of real-world legal challenges.
Tomasz’s career has spanned roles in international law firms, municipal and
healthcare institutions, and the Polish diplomatic service. This background proved
invaluable during his diplomatic posting at the Polish Embassy in London from 2019
to 2024, when he served as Vice-Consul and Head of the Polish Diaspora Unit. In
this role, he oversaw all areas of consular legal activity, including court-requested
hearings in civil and criminal matters, while navigating dynamic political and social
landscapes. His extensive legal expertise enabled him to manage complex
operations and coordinate large teams effectively.
In 2023, he served as Deputy Head of the Election Staff for the Polish parliamentary
elections in the UK, overseeing 44 commissions and over 570 individuals.
His responsibilities extended beyond organization to include strict budget oversight. In
recognition of his exceptional service, he was awarded the Pro Patria Medal and the
Bronze Medal of the Polish Army.
