Wojciech is a banking and commercial lawyer with more than 20 years’ experience in advising foreign and domestic clients. He focuses on banking and finance in particular in such areas as syndicated debt, project finance, acquisition finance, asset finance and real estate finance. His experience expertise also includes debt and equity capital markets, restructuring and insolvency, as well as corporate and commercial.

Wojciech’s professional career includes working at some of the top global law firms, including Clifford Chance, Allen & Overy, CMS Cameron McKenna, and Magnusson. During his career, Wojciech headed the banking and finance practices in Poland of Allen & Overy (1992-2002) and CMS Cameron McKenna (2005-2006).
