Sylwia is a highly experienced litigation lawyer. Sylwia has extensive expertise in analysing and resolving, through negotiation or litigation, a wide range of complex matters, including commercial, employment, real estate, and construction disputes, bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings, and criminal cases.

Besides her daily legal practice, Sylwia is a lecturer at the University of Warsaw, Faculty of Political Science and International Studies. She was also lecturer at Koźmiński Law School, and a guest lecturer at the University of Milano, Italy, at Marmara Universitesi in Istambul, Turkey, and at Universidad de Granada in Spain.
