Paweł is a real estate lawyer specializing in asset management, leasing and development projects. Since 2010, Pawel has been advising international clients in running their local businesses in Poland, mainly related to retail, office, warehouse, and agricultural real estate. He has extensive experience in advising real estate portfolio managers, maintaining good personal relations and nurturing a positive business environment.

Pawel's knowledge enables him to understand the essence of his clients' needs. While working, he strives to immediately identify and focus on the critical aspects of the analysed issue. During negotiations, Pawel always seeks balance between the need to secure the client’s interests and the need to bring the transaction to an effective end.

Pawel has a successful track record in advising high-profile landlords and tenants in retail and office leasing, sales-lease back transactions, and complex ground leases for retail, commercial, industrial, and agricultural properties. He also counsels clients on corporate and real estate transactions.

Paweł´s personal experience covers several landmarking real estate projects in Poland, such as:

  • advising MAX Poland (operator of MAX Premium Burgers brand) on several acquisitions and leases of properties across Poland;
  • advising Atenor in the lease negotiations with Grupa Polenergia and Boundelle Polska;
  • advising Atenor in the lease negotiations with Lux Med (largest single-tenant office transaction in Warsaw, in 2023);
  • advising Czech fund INVESTIKA, owner of the Tensor Office Park complex in Gdynia, in negotiations regarding the lease of 5,000 sq m of office space to telecommunications equipment manufacturer Adva Optical Networking;
  • advising Vastint in numerous other lease negotiations including lease of Enea Group headquarters (Poznań), Selena FM Group headquarters (Wroclaw);
  • advising Scanreco AB on lease of industrial plant for relocation of production from Sweden to Poland;
  • advising Vastint in the lease negotiations with Santander Consumer Bank (Wroclaw headquarters);
  • advising Vastint in the lease negotiations with Credit Agricole Group (largest single-tenant office transaction in Wroclaw, in 2018).
