Marcin is a tax advisor specializing in domestic and international tax planning and tax structuring of various transactions. His experience covers projects for many industries, including real estate, finance, telecom, energy, and heavy industry.

He has advised in privatization processes of the steel and motor industry, in numerous M&A projects, and financing and refinancing projects of value exceeding EUR 1 billion. He also possesses vast experience in designing and implementing option/share plans for management. Marcin also frequently acts as a tax litigator, representing clients in tax cases before the tax authorities and courts.

Marcin gained over 24 years’ expertise during cooperation with Ernst & Young where he was a Senior Manager, and with international law firm White & Case, where he was co-heading the Tax Practice.

He is a co-author of the Personal Income Tax Law Commentary (Beck) and Commentary for the Model OECD Convention (WiP) “Model Konwencji OECD – komentarz” (WiP), as well as author of several dozen press articles on taxation.
