For over a decade, Małgorzata has been involved in financing and refinancing real estate investments, as well as due diligence projects related to the acquisition of commercial properties. She has embodied good understanding of banking regulations during her secondment in a legal department of one of the leading Nordic bank in Poland.
Her workstyle combines professionalism, creativity, and the ability to treat each project with a fresh approach. Her demanding attitude towards life continuously pushes her to break through any walls encountered and replace them with new ideas.
Małgorzata’s personal experience covers financial supervision of real estate projects in Poland, such as:
advising A-R-A Retail Centers consortium on its sale of the portfolio of 28 shopping malls (value of the deal approx. EUR 1 billion), which was the largest deal in the history of Poland's real estate market, as well as one of the largest deals in CEE;
advising Apollo-Rida group regarding the financing of the acquisition of A-class ‘Equal Business Park’, one of the largest transactions during the Covid lockdown;
advising Apollo-Rida group regarding the refinancing of a loan of EUR 650 mln for a retail property portfolio in Poland, which was purported to be the largest financing transaction in the CEE region for several years;
advising Octava S.A. on several acquisitions of offices building complexes in Poland.
In addition to her expertise in the financing of real estate projects, for several years, Małgorzata advised one of the leading Scandinavian banks in all matters relating to the bank’s ongoing Polish operations.
