Magdalena efficiently guides her clients through the negotiation process in various real estate transactions. She provides effective and caring support in the negotiation process while ensuring quality and taking care of the client's interests. Magdalena will take care of every essential detail, according to her motto: Precise, exactly as you need, no more, no less.

She is a real estate and transaction lawyer with over 20 years of professional expertise, including 18 years in the commercial real estate market. Before joining Legal Kraft, she worked in the largest international law firms, such as Norton Rose Fulbright and Greenberg Traurig, where she handled the largest and most prestigious real estate transactions, including purchase and sale of office buildings, retail parks and shopping malls, leisure, and hotel properties. Magdalena also advises clients on all aspects of asset management of commercial properties (real estate law, administrative law, zoning, and construction law). She specializes in "large" commercial leases in office and retail projects. In addition to real estate, Magdalena also practices intellectual property law, mainly in the real estate context ( copyrights to building designs, trademarks or the use of the image of a famous person in the real property advertising campaigns).

Negotiations are her great passion. In negotiations, she combines high level of legal expertise with efficient identification of legal risks, finding innovative solutions and openness and flexibility. She emphasizes that the role of a lawyer is not only to support the client in legal aspects, but also to facilitate the negotiation process, giving it a dynamic pace and accompanying and giving the client a sense of safety from the beginning to the end of the process.
