Ludwika advises Polish and international clients, including investment funds, listed real estate companies, and developers on matters concerning acquisition of real estate and sales (share and asset deals), as well as any other commercial contracts. Ludwika is a very committed and creative transactional lawyer, always supporting clients at working out the most advantageous and balanced legal solutions.

She has participated in numerous real estate and corporate due diligence projects and commercial real estate portfolio disposals and acquisitions. Previously, Ludwika worked at the Warsaw offices of Polish and international law firms, including Norton Rose Fulbright and Gide Loyrette Nouel.

Ludwika’s personal experience comprises, inter alia:

  • advising Vastint in the acquisition of Arkady Wrocławskie;
  • advising MAX Poland (operator of MAX Premium Burgers brand) on several acquisitions and leases of properties across Poland;
  • advising Vastint Poland on the sale of: the first stage of Business Garden Wrocław, the first stage of Business Garden Poznań, and Brama Portowa office portfolio in Szczecin;
  • advising on the acquisition of the office complex in Warsaw - Jerozolimskie Business Park;
  • advising on the acquisition of Equal Business Park in Kraków;
  • taking part in the implementation of the REMIT rules in energy companies;
  • preparing legal analysis, monitoring legislation, and workshops for energy and RES companies.
