He has advised entities from various sectors, including construction, property development, retail, telecommunications, logistics, automotive, postal, waste treatment, insurance, new technologies, and alternative energy sectors. Kacper has participated in numerous transactions amounting in total to over PLN 4 billion. His experience includes M&A, divestments, and joint-ventures. Moreover, he regularly advises on corporate law matters, including shareholders’ agreements and corporate governance. His work covers a broad corporate spectrum including drafting and negotiating commercial agreements of all kinds (in particular distribution, sales, and manufacturing agreements).

- mergers, conversions, and restructuring of companies with a total net asset value over 600 million PLN;
- sale of IT Systems & Solutions (Polish cyber security provider) to Lyvia Group;
- sale of photovoltaic farms with a total capacity of 64MW (asset deals);
- sale of the St. Elisabeth's Hospital in Warsaw (share deal);
- acquisition of a company in the agricultural sector with a value of over 10 million PLN (share deal);
- long-term biomass supply agreement with a value exceeding 900 million PLN;
- long-term biomass supply (export) agreement with a value exceeding 2,5 billion PLN.
